It’s important to us that you have the right size and fit. We want you to love our products as much as we do. All of our apparel can be exchanged at no cost within 15 days of product delivery. Please note that apparel must be just like we sent them - unworn, undamaged (no stains, rips, tears, or anything else that could affect the garments) and back in the original packaging. If you would like to initiate a return, please email email@example.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping label.
Upon receipt of the apparel, we will inspect it immediately to make sure it fulfills the above exchange requirements and ship you a new size as quickly as we can. If you are like us and just can’t wait to wear your Larkshead apparel, feel free to place an order now and we’ll send you a new size right away. When we receive the apparel, we will refund you in full for the first order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for our patches. Our goal at Larkshead is to bring you thoughtfully designed patches at the lowest possible cost. We understand your tastes and interests change all the time, so do ours. We hope you consider trying another patch if you aren’t feeling what you currently have. If we don’t’ offer anything you love, hit us up at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you design your own.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns of any merchandise for a refund within 15 days of product delivery. All product returns must be just like we sent them – unworn, undamaged (no stains, rips, tears, or anything else that could affect the product) and back in the original packaging. Once we have inspected the product, we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for processing all refunds. A $10 restocking fee will be charged for all apparel orders and a $5 fee for any order only consisting of patches.
We will do our best to create exactly what you envision for our custom patch designs. Changes are allowed and encouraged in the design phase in order to achieve your perfect patch. We believe in focusing on the details, subscribing to the old proverb - measure twice and cut once. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on custom orders once they have been produced.
